1/ the visa does not match the client's requirements, OR
2/ the visa is refused, OR
3/ the visa is delayed
Should the company has caused any of these scenarios through error of omission, then The Company's liability is strictly limited to the cost of the replacement visa or refund of all fees paid. The Company cannot accept any responsibility for any other loss as such, but not limited to; lost profits, lost income, or lost airfares. Visa fees is non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.

Since, The Company is into online visa filing, the application is filed with the embassy on a real time basis. Hence, no refund will be given under any circumstances whatsoever. The company reserves the rights to cancel the visa application prior to the commencement of delivery without giving specific reasons for the same.
If, the visa application is rejected by the Visa issuing authority, the company will not be able to provide refund of your visa application. You will have to re-apply as per the respective government norms.
