We offer expedited Visa/Letter of Invitation and other travel services to our clients and charge a services fees for it. Our online visa application services include, visa consultancy, error proofing of application before submission, booking an appointment and applying for a visa on our client behalf within the shortest possible time. Visa grant or denial is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate of the country for which the visa is applied for. The company is not involved in visa processing process and is not liable for grant or refusal of visa of any applicant by the consulate or embassy.

Mathers Clark Travel will make every effort to ensure that you get your passport or visa in time for your trip. Processing times listed on our website are provided by the Embassies and the Department of State under normal circumstances. However, Mathers Clark Travel cannot be held responsible for any actions whatsoever by embassies/consulates/passport offices/visa centers. Such actions may include: unexpected and unexplained delays or refusals of visas, loss or damage to passports or other documents.

Visa on arrival simply means that the certain citizens are not required to arrange for a visa before traveling to the destination country. The traveler simply need to carry their passport along and the visa is issued by the airport immigration on arrival in the destination country. For your convenience, we have put this list on each traveling to country page. Please check before applying for the visa.
No, under no circumstances, Mathers Clark Travel never ask for the original passport to be physically emailed. For all countries where e-Visa is issued, we need the clear colored scanned copies of the passport. Countries that issues stamped visas, we book an appointment and ask the applicant to physically visit the consulate with the original documents.

Validity of visa means the duration for which the visa is valid. In other words, the visa holder must travel and enter the country within that period. If the visa holder does not travel within that time period visa stands expired and a new visa needs to be applied for. 

Stay validity means the duration allowed to stay in the country. Under no circumstances visa holder is allowed to stay more than the period specified in stay validity. Some visas allows the visa holder to enter the country more than once, this depends on the visa (single entry or multiple entry).

Processing time means the time taken by us to process the visa, from the time applicant submits the application with us. Please note that documents required as mentioned while submitting the application is mandatory to avoid the potential delay. Any application submitted without the required documents submission is considered as an incomplete application and will further delay the process. E-Visa stands for electronic visa, it is also known as paper visa. When the visa is authorized the consulate issues paper visa with all the applicant details and visa details that is digitally send to the applicant. The visa is not physically stamped on the passport. which must be printed out and taken with you to present on arrival in the country you are traveling to. Only then will the visa be stamped into your passport.

Visa fees include consular/government fees and our service fees. A consular/government fee is the fees charged by consulate to issue the visa. Our service fees include processing your visa application, checking for errors before submission and follow up with the immigration/consulate. It also includes local taxes, VAT and payment gateway charges as applicable.

Visa is a document which allows someone to travel into a specific country and stay there for a set period of time (for leisure or business purpose). Generally, a visa may only be issued at the Consulate of the country or, in some cases, at the border. Stamped Visa is stamped or glued directly into a passport, in some cases immigration issues an E-Visa that does not require physical stamp on the applicant passport.

There are roughly 100 plus countries that issues a stamped visa. In such cases, applicant is required to make a personal visit the consulate or visa center for a Biometric data (fingerprint). Some countries, such as, Saudi Arabia, China, Russia, etc. requires a letter of invitation issued by the respective countries (MOFA) Ministry of Foreign affairs, as a pre-requisite for any applicant who intend to travel for business purpose. In other words, letter of invitation is the first step, if applying for a business visa for certain countries.

At this juncture, there are 3 countries that requires the applicant of business visas to arrange for the letter of invitation. Countries that require letter of invitation are Saudi Arabia, Russia and China.
